Alert history: When alerts were sent and how they were resolved

3. Who We Share With (Spoiler: Almost Nobody)
Your family's privacy is sacred to us. We share your information only in these limited situations:
People You Authorize
When you add family members or caregivers to your ElderSentry account, they can see the senior's activity data, receive alerts, and communicate through the device. You control who has access and can remove anyone anytime.
Emergency Services (When You Need Them)
If someone falls and activates emergency features, we may share their location and basic information with 911 or emergency responders. This only happens when you've configured emergency calling features.
Essential Service Providers
We work with carefully vetted partners who help us run ElderSentry:
Cloud hosting: Secure servers to store encrypted data (AWS or similar)
Communication services: SMS and push notification delivery
Payment processing: Handling purchases (they never see health data)
These partners are contractually required to protect your data and can only use it to provide services to us.
Legal Requirements
We'll disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect someone's safety. This is extremely rare and we'll notify you when legally permitted.
We will NEVER: Sell your data to advertisers • Share health info with insurance companies • Provide data to marketers • Use your information for purposes beyond safety monitoring
4. How We Keep Your Data Safe
We use industry-leading security practices to protect your family's information:
